The staff at the reception desk helpful and polite. Ms. Selma at relation desk was extremely helpful and very informative with regards to Istanbul places of attraction.

The tea, sugar, powder milk, etc in the room should be refilled without the guest having to go to the bar asking for it. The cleaners says they cannot supply it and must go to the bar.
